01. CONNECT

Tell me about your celebration, your plans, and what you're dreaming up. We'll talk through your vision, priorities, venue, season, and the feeling you want your flowers to create, making sure we're a good fit before moving forward.

02. design

I'll translate our conversations into a custom floral proposal tailored to your celebration and priorities. Once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid, your date is officially secured. From there, we'll continue refining the design together.

03. source & create

As your date approaches, I'll source the best flowers available for the season and bring the design to life. I'll keep the overall vision in mind while allowing room for the natural beauty and unexpected details of what's in bloom.

04. install & celebrate

On the day of your event, I'll take care of the floral setup so everything is where it belongs and ready for you to enjoy. Then you get to step into the space, take it all in, and celebrate.

  • Wedding floral design typically begins around $3,000, with most full-service wedding designs falling between $3,000–$5,000+ depending on the size and scope of the celebration.

    Your investment is influenced by the overall floral design, including the number and size of arrangements, ceremony installations, personal flowers, reception details, and the level of setup and installation involved.

    Every wedding is different, so I create custom proposals based on your floral priorities, the scope of your celebration, and the overall design you’re envisioning.

  • Most couples book their florist 6–12 months in advance, especially for popular spring and summer dates. That said, if your wedding is sooner, or you're planning an elopement or more intimate celebration, please reach out. I’m happy to take on shorter-term events when my availability allows.

    Booking early gives us more time to thoughtfully develop your floral design and helps ensure your date is available.

  • Yes. Your initial proposal serves as a foundation, and adjustments can be made as your plans evolve. Final counts and design details must be confirmed 30 days before your wedding date.

    If changes are made that reduce the overall cost of your florals, the contract total cannot be reduced below 90% of the original contracted amount.

  • Yes. Full-service weddings include delivery and setup, and breakdown is typically included in your proposal as well. My team will return at the end of the evening to collect rental items and clear floral installations, so you and your venue or planning team can stay focused on the celebration.

    If you’re providing your own vessels and would prefer to handle the floral cleanup yourselves, we can discuss removing breakdown service from your proposal.

  • A signed contract and 50% retainer are required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

    Payment details and due dates will be clearly outlined in your proposal and contract.

  • Absolutely. You’re welcome to share flowers you love, especially if there are meaningful blooms you’d like incorporated. You can also let me know if there are flowers you’d prefer not to use. I’ll take all of those preferences into consideration when developing your design.

    I design primarily around color palette, season, texture, and overall aesthetic rather than guaranteeing specific flower varieties. This gives me the flexibility to work with what’s naturally available and source the freshest, most beautiful blooms for your wedding day.

    As your design comes together, your personalized visual mood board will include examples of flowers I may use, so you’ll have a sense of the overall floral direction before the big day.
